For an existing review, Anna can create a reply draft in different tones. The copy remains editable and is not published to a review platform automatically today.

    Suitable reviews can be marked as testimonials and collected in the marketing area.

  • Default style and language per hotel

    A default reply style and language rule are intended to be configurable per hotel without limiting edits to individual replies.

  • Recognise topics and assign areas

    Review topics are intended to be assigned to departments and bundled in reports.

  • Task suggestions with confirmation

    From concrete criticism, Anna is intended to suggest a suitable handover task; the team confirms it before acceptance.

  • Official platform connections

    Google, Facebook, HolidayCheck and other platforms should only be connected through approved interfaces before replies are written back.

There is no automatic publishing to Google, Booking.com or other platforms today. Automatic task suggestions from review topics also remain an outlook.
