Question 1

I'm not very tech-savvy – is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. hoteln8 is made exactly for you. We handle the setup completely. After that you get ready-made suggestions and basically just click 'Send'. If anything is unclear, just give us a call.

Question 2

Does hoteln8 replace my staff?

Accepted Answer

No. hoteln8 only takes over the paperwork that repeats every day. You and your team are still there for your guests on site, the personal conversations and the special moments.

Question 3

Do I have to switch my booking system?

Accepted Answer

No. Today you import bookings and guest lists into hoteln8 by file. Direct PMS integrations are planned; until then your existing system remains unchanged.

Question 4

What happens to my guests' data?

Accepted Answer

Persistently stored guest data is kept in Frankfurt. Contracted services such as Microsoft and Google are listed transparently in the data processing agreement; we do not use your data to train our own AI.

Question 5

Can I still change the suggestions?

Accepted Answer

Any time. Every suggestion lands with you first. You approve it, change it with one click or discard it. Only what you've approved goes out.

Question 6

How much morning time should hoteln8 save me?

Accepted Answer

Our goal is around ten minutes in the morning to review, edit and approve. That is a workflow target, not a time guarantee.
