Guest communications

Prepare personal replies without giving up control.

Anna creates guest email drafts from provided booking and hotel details plus the style profile. The team can review and edit every draft before initiating delivery.

In the pilot today

available today
  • Drafts before and after a stay

For matching bookings, email drafts can be prepared automatically before arrival and after departure.

  • Replies to incoming guest emails

Incoming mailbox messages can provide the context for a reply draft.

  • Style profile and hotel context

Tone, language and stored hotel details inform the draft; the knowledge demo makes sources and missing details visible.

  • Edit and approve

Subject, copy, tone and permitted recipient details remain reviewable. Delivery takes place only after a deliberate team action.

Coming next

outlook · not live yet

This block shows realistic plans from the product backlog. It is explicitly not a promise of a date or part of today's feature set.

  • Concierge for requests during a stay

Anna is intended to answer questions from hotel knowledge, ask when facts are missing and present actionable requests as task suggestions.

  • WhatsApp and webchat

Additional messaging channels are intended to arrive in the same inbox and follow the same drafting, escalation and approval route.

  • Learn style from approved sources

In addition to the manually maintained style profile, Anna is later intended to learn from suitable, approved hotel content.

Email is the implemented channel today. WhatsApp, webchat and automatically created tasks from guest requests belong to the outlook and are not presented as live.
