Transparent product status

Marketing & social media

Prepare content. Keep the product status clear.

In today's pilot, the team creates and edits newsletter and campaign drafts. Social captions can be copied; planning and direct publishing to social platforms remain an outlook.

In the pilot today

available today
  • Campaign ideas for occupancy gaps

Anna can prepare campaign suggestions from stored bookings and occupancy gaps. Weather and events currently appear only as clearly labelled demo signals.

  • Newsletter drafts with image selection

Subject, introduction, content blocks, call to action and images can be assembled as a draft and reviewed in desktop or mobile view.

  • Edit, test and deliberately approve

Copy and images remain editable. Scheduling or sending is initiated by the team; Anna does not publish independently.

  • Social captions to copy

A campaign draft can produce channel-specific copy for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. The team then copies it into the relevant channel.

  • Reuse approved reviews

Positive reviews can be marked as testimonials and collected in the marketing area. They do not automatically become a social post today.

Coming next

outlook · not live yet

This block shows realistic plans from the product backlog. It is explicitly not a promise of a date or part of today's feature set.

  • Plan and publish social posts after approval

Posts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn are intended to become distinct channels that can be prepared, planned and published only after deliberate approval.

  • Cross-channel editorial plan

An editable content plan is intended to show topics, channels, length, timing and rationale, and create a draft directly from an entry.

  • Posts from reviews

Approved testimonials are intended to become starting points for channel-specific social drafts.

  • Blog posts as a dedicated channel

Alongside newsletters and social, Anna is intended to prepare blog copy as editable drafts following the same approval principle.

  • Occasions and live trigger sources

Weather and events are intended to come from reviewed sources first; later, seasonal and other occasion-led campaigns should be created across channels from them.

Important for social media: hoteln8 currently provides ready-to-copy captions for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. An editorial calendar and direct publishing to Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn are not live yet.

Short example flow

Trigger or message → Anna gathers information → the team approves.

  1. Trigger / message01

A gap or idea becomes visible

An occupancy gap, demo weather signal, event or the team's own topic request starts a suggestion.

  2. Anna gathers information02

    Context becomes a draft

Anna brings together the provided hotel details, audience, tone and selected occasion in an editable draft.

  3. The team approves03

    People decide on the channel

The team reviews copy, image and recipients. Newsletters are deliberately approved; social captions are transferred manually today.
